Am I having an orgasm?

If my boyfriend is doing something that sexually pleases me I can't tell if I'm having an orgasm bc I've never had one to know the feeling?!?!(idk) anyways what I feel is like a rush throughout my whole body and it's either one rush or a few. I start sweating a lot and I feel as if I can't focus. I feel as if this isn't an orgasm bc the feeling doesn't have a repeating pattern like other people says it does.
