hey i have a couple questions reguarding the vaginal ring form of birth control. 
1. can you list some pros and cons? 
2. can your partner ejaculate inside of you?
3. do you get it from a doctor 
4. can you get it without your parents knowing 
i'm sexually active, but my parent is in no way okay with that. i just want to be safe

Pros: 
Only have to remember something once a month
Super easy to use
Lowest hormone dosage available so very mild if any side effects. 
Can skip your "ring out week" and safely avoid periods
Cons:
You can sometimes feel it during sex but you can take it out for max 3 hrs per day.

I have had mine for 3 months now and I love the convenience of it. I don't notice it at all for day to day life and the bf barely notices it during sex. I also get it free on my insurance but if you need to get it for a reasonable price you can go to planned parenthood. There is no generic version of Nuvaring so under Obamacare you get it super discounted or free there.

You get it from your doctor. It works just like the pill. Your partner will feel it during intercoarse, you can play ring toss! I tried it and didn't like it. I could feel it when I would sneeze, but I didn't give it a chance. I only gave it a week & tossed it. Went back to the pill lol. My sister loves it though!
