I'm trying to dry up my milk...help!
My daughter is 10 months and I decided to stop breast feeding, now she sleeps through the night..yay! Anyways. Do you guys have tips for drying up? I've been taking benedryl and sudafed cause I'm stuffy anyways I've gone 2 whole days with out pumping and I've only pumped for a sec if they get painful. I'm afraid I'll get mastitis so any tips will be helpful :)
