Period problem/question

Ok so I got my period on the 28th of October and I finished yesterday so the 2nd, and today (WARNING SOME SEXUAL STUFF ) my partner was having sex and then he went. was fingering me everything went good but about 4 hours after I notice there is blood? Would thats have to do with it or could I be getting my period again? Does anyone know what could be happening right now ?????
