I'm 16, my boyfriend is 17, we've been having sex for almost two years now, but once he turns 18 (in less than a month) can he get in trouble with the law if we've been having sex since before he was 18? My parents are aware that we're having sex, and they said that as long as its legal they'll still allow us to once he's 18. Help?!

UPDATE: I realize the age of consent is 16, but I'm more worried about the fact that he'll be an adult and I'll still be a minor for another year, will he get in trouble for that?
