HELP I JUST THREW UP LIKE NOT A WHOLE BUNCH BUT I DID THROW UP AND I TAKE MY PILL AT 1 AND ITS 4:45. SHOULD I TAKE ANOTHER? My pamphlet says if you have vomiting within 3 to 4 hours after you take the pill to follow the missed pill instructions. My mom says she honestly thinks I'm okay and that it's in my bloodstream ?
