Does your three-year-old still use a sippy cup?

Just wondering what the norm is. My three-year-old knows how to drink out of a regular cup, but still uses a sippy cup or a cup with a straw and top regularly because of the messes. At what age do they normally become professional regular cup users?

No he's been off a sippy since he turned 1.5! He is 4 in Oct.

My 4 year old still uses a sippy at home, when walking around the house, and (sorry sanctimommies) he takes a sippy to his bed with him at night. But at meals and when we are out, he has a regular cup. Part of it is because he's got 2 younger siblings that will make a mess if it's low enough for them to get.

My stepson will be 3 in August. His mother constantly gives him a sippy cup as well as sends then with him to our house, but while he is at our house, he drinks from a regular cup, which stays in the kitchen and is easily reachable for when he gets thirsty.

He does use regular cups, but sometimes I prefer to give him a sippy with a lid because he's inclined to accidentally knocking over his cup of milk or juice when he gets really wound up lol.

My daughter will be 3 Tuesday and she still uses the 360 cup and cups with a straw. She can drink out of a normal cup but still spills and makes messes sometimes.. So we will still use these type of cups for a little while longer.

My 19 month old uses the 360 cups. We're working on using the wines without handles so he has to use 2 hands, and putting it down correctly instead of just dropping it. It'll probably be a while before he uses regular cups solo, but he can drink out of them without spilling it out of his mouth if I hold the cup.

My 2 yr old uses sippy cups mainly because of spilling but he knows how to use a regular cup and really he uses cups with straws and lids or cups that have small openings like a coffee cup
