*TMI* Blood clot/mucus - bloody show?

Okay, ladies - I NEVER do this and never have - I'm not a huge fan of posting discharge or clot pictures, but I'm at a loss. I had a cervical exam last night because of some strange contractions and the nurse warned me of some spotting. I have definitely been spotting but several times I have passed clumps of mucusy blood. I shrugged it off, thinking maybe it was some typical clotting but then this thing happened. 😂 It's been 24 hours since my cervical check and I was stunned by the sheer size and texture of this. As of last night, I was not dilated at all and my nurse was very thorough in checking. Could it be that my mucus plug was disturbed and it could be my bloody show? I should add I'm 39w2d.
