Hey ladies, quick question;

Me and my fiance of years now been trying to have a baby. I don't take any birth control of any kind. Nor do I drink or smoke. I'm healthy as what the doctor's say.

So as I should say, yes we've been having unprotected sex, and yasss, everytime he does the usually and doesn't pull out. We honestly get started right after I'm off my monthly pms, and we basically do this all month . But when I think I might be, I get disappointed & BAM pms is right back...

So what I'm asking is, what route should I go? Or what should we do?
