Is this a slutty dress?

I turned this into a dress and my husband loves it but he's horny and tends to dress me sluttier when he's horny. so would you say its slutty and what would you wear with it?

I found this dress at Goodwill a couple days ago. My husband hasn't seen it yet so I'm going to surprise him in it on Valentine's day. I'm going to wear a black leather jacket and a necklace with it along side my boots if I can find them. What do you ladies think of this one? Ignore the wrinkles I haven't ironed it yet. (It's the red dress for newcomers)
