help me get rid of this please!

Ok so last year I was diagnosed, with pcos. Idk if that has anything to do with it but I'd thought I would let you know. So basically I have a lot of hair (EVERYWHERE) and that is including my butt and around that area of my butt that tho shall not name😂😂 but I know when me and my boyfriend get sexually active this is going to be a problem, it's pretty disgusting. And I shaved and for some reason my hair isn't leaving It's like little stubble. And I am thinking about using nair, but I'm kinda scared. I know what you're saying "just get a Brazilian wax!" But the catch is I'm 16 and there is no excuse I have any advice for having a smooth shave or something🤷🏽‍♀️
