Why do condoms cause me to get yeast infections?

Ok, so idk if it's an actual yeast infection because I just wait until the discomfort subsides. But every time a condom is used, I get REALLY itchy down there. Is it possible that my vagina is allergic to latex and not any other part of body? Or is it the spermicide? Ugh, it's so annoying.

Maybe it's your reaction to latex. Have you tried latex free? If not, give it a try.

Sometimes the material that it's made with doesn't sit well with your skin personally. I would try a different brand or form of birth control.

It could be the latex or it could be the spermicide lol try different condoms until you find one that works

It could be either or both. Try nitrile condoms. FC2 condoms are nitrile. Don't expose yourself again to latex. Latex allergies exacerbate with each exposure and it's not worth the risk

flavor condoms have surger in them for the flavor . there for oral only.

I've been volunteer at the trans resource center since June 2016. float around do everything pretty much. stock stuff too. light work, due to autism and on cane for balance.

You might be allergic to latex, same thing used to happen to me until I ask my gynecologist and she told me to ise non-latex condoms. Try it and see if it works

I'm allergic to the spermacide on the condoms. Lol it made me burn like hell and itch down there for a couple days.
