crazy hormone fluxes?

Hey guys, so just recently I've been trying to monitor my hormone changes besides just my period. And I've noticed for about one week of the month I get moody and SUPER hungry and my face breaks out, and I'm SUPER horny all the time. Literally all I want is chocolate and sex lol! My periods have always been irregular so it's hard for me to always monitor things, but this would be my fertile week right?
