husband😩

My husband hardly ever wants sex... he always says he's "tired" yet he will stay up all night watching tv? If I act like I don't want sex then he will eventually give in? I don't understand and every time he turns me down I get sad thinking it might be me.. maybe because I gained a few pounds he's not interested anymore 😔 I don't know anyone else with this problem.. what should I do?
