does he like me?

Okay ladies.. so in November me and my guy started talking a lot and we would hang out every weekend and we'd make out, cuddle and have the best time, and that was for 3 months we did all that. It was literally the best time of my life😊 but then He did something stupid and I ended it.. but then he started going after my best friend a couple weeks ago and she likes him too.. and it makes me so jealous and my school had a school dance Friday  and he asked me to dance and we danced a couple of times and I confessed I still loved him and he said he loved me too and how he missed the old days and I agreed with him and we had a good night until I turn my head and he's dancing with my best friend and kissing her neck and holding her so tight... ( he used to do those things with me) so I got jealous when I saw that and I just walked off.. then after the dance he texted me saying " I shouldn't have said all of that to you because I just love her and only her" so I got very upset... and I really can't  live with out him
