My life is like an episode of Grey's anatomy

I'm a dumbass, and now have mixed feelings. There's this guy at work that I've been crushing on for months, but I always just left it at a friendly coworker level because I know that dating coworkers and sleeping with coworkers is not a good idea, even more so considering I work at a hospital, and boy does shit get around in a hospital (gossip, anyways). One night out of the blue, he messaged me on fb and asked me out for ice cream, so being the foodie I am I accepted, got to talking about horror movies and decided to go back to his place to watch Sinister. We didn't watch sinister.

So now I've slept with a coworker, which is something I was always so cautious about, and both of us are trying to keep it on the down low so rumors don't start flying. I guess what I'm asking is has anyone here had a workplace fling before? How did/would you avoid drama if you were me? I don't regret sleeping with him and I know it will happen again, but I really don't want the whole hospital to know. I just can't control my facial expressions very well and everyone knows I have a thing for him 😅
