why aren't I pregnant yet

Had last period 3/2/17 I start new cycle 3/27/17 now, for the the two weeks I've been experiencing volumes of symptoms from soreness of breasts, insomnia, fatigue, moodiness and a hint of Bitchiness. Everyone says I'm pregnant I say no I can't be. Took many tests all negative. Dr. Took my urine test and still negative. Yesterday 3/24 I did some blood work and hoping to get healthy results back next week.
