just curious

So I've been hanging out with this guy for a little while and we mostly just hookup! but lately I've been feeling like there could be something more he's a really great guy and we've both said we like each other, thing is he claims he doesn't want a gf right now.. should I just give up in trying to win him over or should still hang with him and see where things go?
