help please

I'm sick with allergies (probably a sinus infection) my body is really warm, especially my boobs, but I get cold chills and then hot flashes. I've also been very stressed lately. I thought it was from a pregnancy, but I am on the combo pill and we use condoms. None of them have ever broke. I also took four test that were negative and I have been having periods.
