peak ovulation

I took the ovulation test (clear blue Monitor) so I got a peak yesterday and a peak today .... had sex for the past two-three days and but can't have sex until Friday  (husband work 3 hours away and work 15-18 hours shift) so since I'm not able to have sex tonight is it still possible to conceive a baby by having sex on peak 1(last night) and not haven't sex on both peak days?  Hope I explain it right for y'all to understand what I'm asking lol
