At my age and life experience, I feel silly for asking...

I'm 5'4" tall and 128 pounds and my boyfriend is 6'6" and 271 pounds... During our intimacy, I experienced a rather quick and sharp pain in the area of my right ovary during his rather not gentle thrust in. The pain quickly subsided after he pulled away... my reproductive organs were slow to develop due to hormonal imbalances in my youth so at last exam I have organs equal to mid teenagers. I'm 30yrs old. Is it possible for him to have actually forced my vaginal wall to hit my ovary or is it more likely I was just not fully aroused because I was still half asleep?
