noticed a bump on the shaft of my boyfriends penis

So I gave my boyfriend head last night and while I was doing it I noticed one single bump on the shaft of his penis. I started kind of getting worried because I know it wasn't there before. Can boys have harmless bumps kind of like we have razor burn or ingrown hairs sometimes? It's on the shaft so that's what's concerning me. It was very small.
