OK I need some clarification on this. Posting anon because i feel like I should know this but I don't lol.

Is a male orgasm the same thing as when they cum or is it something different?

And does a female reach a real orgasm only when she squirts? When I have sex sometimes I have like a good "release" feeling but I don't squirt. So I don't know if that little release feeling is an orgasm or not.
