Sophomore year advice?

So I'm going into sophomore year and to be honest my grades were fine last year but I struggled getting used to the work load last year and my grades were not my ideal so any advice for getting better grades and keeping up with work / staying on top of everything and organized sophomore year ?

Lol, I don't know if you really want advice from a fellow incoming sophomore but here's what I got:
As far as good grades go, the best thing you can do is try to make the material as fun/ funny as you can. The thing that I noticed about myself is that if I take every piece of information in class and take it 100% seriously I'm going to end up hating it. Where as if I make up jokes or silly sayings about the material I'm more likely to enjoy what I'm learning and remember it better! 
The main thing to remember though is to stay calm and not stress out too much, the more comfortable you are, the more you actually have fun with it!
