Does anyone know about fathers paternal leave at Walmart?

My husband works as a cashier/stocker at Walmart. I'm due in November and I'm wondering if he will get time off or paid time off. He's new there so he's not comfortable asking yet. Does anyone have any information for me?

He's probably protected to take time off by FMLA but I seriously doubt Walmart pays anything, based on their reputation for treating their employees like crap.

He probably hasn't been there long enough for paid leave. My fiance has been with the company for 5 years and will have 2 weeks paternity leave with 60% of his regular pay. If I require more assistance after the birth he will get a LOA for another 4 weeks paid with PTO he has accrued. 
People always bash Walmart but in the long run they take care of their employees.

depends on how long he's been with the company but they get 3 days of leave. I worked at Walmart for 6 years

If he has worked there less than 12 months he would not be covered federally under FMLA. Some states have separate laws.
