Bleeding and 8 weeks pregnant 😢

I went to the loo on Friday night to find a brown bit of spotting on my pants. When I wiped it was light and pink. I phoned NHS 24 and they asked me to put a pad on and phoned me 2 hours later. When they phoned it was a lot lighter and eventually stopped before I went to bed.

When I woke up on Saturday, I never had a lot of blood on my pad but when I wiped it was more reddish and a little stringy and was through my urine too. I went up to the a&e; and they said they couldn't tell me if I was miscarrying or not and said I would have to wait for Monday for the EMU to call me to arrange a internal scan.

Last night the bleeding stopped when I wiped and weed, however when I woke up today it was through my urine again, and when I wiped it was pink, but no longer stringy. Again the pad is not that soaked and I just wondered does this look like I'm miscarrying or just implantation bleeding?
