I've noticed overtime that my vag only smells really bad if I wear underwear. I wear cotton undewear. I also have normal discharge (I've had discharge before I even started my period at 12 years old). I'm 15 now, and my vag has always had a weird smell ever since I've had discharge. The smell gets extremely strong, and it's not pleasant AT ALL. Sometimes I can smell it when I'm sitting down.

I read somewhere that if you don't wear underwear as much (for example in bed, or when you are around the house) it can help. And it did, the smell isn't as bad. But obviously I have discharge so it's not very practical.

Does anyone know any remedies to get rid of the smell? I drink more than 1 Liter of water a day, I try to stay away from dairy since I always get pimples if I eat it.
