Ideas?

So I've been using the shower head to make myself feel good. Fingers are a no-go. For whatever reason, my bits are like, "pump ya brakes on that, get that outta here" but the shower head gives me almost earth-shattering orgasms. So anything going inside is a no. But what else can I use? I have no way to get a vibrator (I live with my parents and my mom seems to think she has to open every piece of mail with my name on it) and although it does feel amazing, I'm wanting something new.
