Could I be pregnant?

I am sexually active. I am 16 years old. I am 7-8 days late on my period. I got like a dark, mud color discharge and I put a tampon in. I'm bleeding like a period but a little lighter. I have like a dark green diarrhea and it hurts to use the bathroom. I do have cramps. I took a pregnancy test and it said negative but I'm going to take another one in a few days. Is there any chance I could be pregnant?
