PCOS and Plan B
Alright guys. This is my first time posting this feels weird asf. Anyways, I am 18 years old, I got my period when I was like 12 or something and did not get it till 9 months later (I for some reason thought I was pregnant even though I was a virgin till 15). My period are still irrregular since then. When I say irregular I'm saying like rolling a dice for the number of month(s) later I'll have my period. My doctor over the last 3 years diagnosed me with symptoms that correspond with PCOS, but did not diagnose me. The periods are just getting weirder.
Whenever I get it, I'm not hungry really, I hydrate so much more, and my body gets like nice and curvy and I love it!
However, my boyfriend and I just had some reckless, wild, and hot sex like 8 hrs ago, we both really wanted for him to finish in me.
I took Plan B right after (like 30 minutes later) my last period ended like last week from today.
I know Plan B is NOT a form of birth control, and there have been a few times where I had to use it. It does throw off my cycle yes iI know (even though it's already f*cked). Has anyone with or have symtpoms to PCOS ever experienced what happened to them personally after taking Plan B?
I'm concerned , but at the same time I'm not too concerned. But it's nice to have a friendly community who I can talk with without getting crap about these sort of things.
note: I did end up trying birth control a year ago (the pill and the ring) and they both did not go well for me because I used the ring incorrectly (I'm dumb yes I know) and the pill threw off my hormones and I got really pissy. And I'm really bad at taking pills like wtf.
