The internet was NO help for me! 🤦🏼‍♀️

It was last week on the 16th I had gotten my Nexaplannon implant removed because it was my 3 years. It has been causing me pain in my arms therefore I was NOT going to put a new one in. I discussed with my doctor and I decided to take the pill. He told me to start taking the pill on Sunday, Aug 20th, and I did not start taking it until Monday, Aug 21st. Then, my husband and I had sex and we did not use a condom. I was talking to a close friend of mines the next day about it because she had used the pill before and was more experienced and she told me and even researched a little that the pill will not be effective until it has been in use for 7 consecutive days. There is about a 5 day gap there between my BC.. and I wanted some advice or to hear from you ladies if it is possible to get pregnant by having sex barely starting the pill and just had a gap between the BC.

I am not scared to get pregnant but it may give my husband a heart attack 🙄😱 I have yet to take a test, I just didn't want to get my hopes up too much because I am the one in the marriage that is ready to take that step, but he's wanting to wait a little longer.
