Parents not giving their children healthy meals

Update - I'm not just asking about your opinion on my situation but also situations where children aren't old enough to get their own job and buy their own food. Also, I will be buying my own food when I find a job, until then I will have to cope with eating junk and meat.

So I'm speaking from experience when I say some parents/guardians are super lazy and would rather give the child junk food than cook an actual decent meal.

I live with my nan who forces me to eat meat when I don't want to. If I don't eat it I get called ungrateful, selfish etc and have no food for the rest of the night. My meals usually consist of pizza, bacon, fast food, take aways, microwave meals and so on.

I constantly ask her to buy vegetables more often and some fruit, and sometimes she will but not nearly enough for a balanced diet.

I've been worried about my health lately and recently found out I'm a little bit overweight. I want to fix my diet and eat healthy, but because my nan likes certain food I have to eat that too.

There will be days she can't be bothered making anything so I will just eat whatever junk I find in the cubourds (chocolate usually).

I think it's unfair that because I'm under 18 I have to eat whatever she gives me and have no choice.

What is your opinion on parents and guardians who do this? Do you think it's fair because they pay the bills therefore the child shouldn't have a say, or do you think the child should be entitled to healthy meals?

Do you think this can be damaging to the child in the future? For example an unhealthy diet is all they have ever known so they won't be motivated in adulthood to eat healthy.
