advice

2 days after finishing all of my uti antibiotics my boyfriend and i had sex 2 times, both of those times i felt discomfort near the hole but not bad enough to stop. also we only have sex when we get to see each other one week out of the month because we live far from each other. what could have cause this discomfort down there?? please help bc im going to see him this weekend and am scared to have sex again because of the discomfort
