Really need advice 😣

So on Wednesday, I took Clearblue advanced digital ovulation test (according to Glow; when I was scheduled to ovulate). I got the still smiling face so my "peak" reading . With the same urine, I also tested a cheap strip test which was VERY negative. Cervix high and soft No egg white CM.

so I've continued to test with the cheap strips. The strips have been getting darker but I wouldn't say they are positive just yet. today, the cb test reset and I tested twice. The first was negative and the second time, the still smiling face appeared again.

Still have a high soft cervix and no egg white CM.

I am so confused. Any advice? Or have you gone through something similar?
