redness down below sons private parts

hi there , wondering if any of you mum's have experienced this.

his testicles and penis seem to be really red and possibly swollen with a bit of a rash. I've been using sudacrem to help it. I was wondering if anyone else has gone through this. defo not a nappy rash, experienced that before and this is completely different

I'm going to take him doctors tomorrow if it doesn't look like it's going down
