I gave him one he got it at the end of a "prom" scavenger hunt he wears it on a necklace along with a dog tag i got him <3 then about two weeks later he surprised me at school (he has already graduated) and brought me mine

I bought my boyfriend and I rings twice (the ones I bought the first time wore out and broke). The ones we have now are just simple silver bands with his name engraved in mine, and mine engraved in his. They're nice.
Fuck gender roles, you don't have to wait for the guy to do something like that just because it's "more common".
