Do orgasms feel different based on how they are reached?!?

Hi! Sooo I have had plenty of mind-blowing, self induced orgasms mostly while using a vibrator and throwing some ass play in there as well, however, I have never felt this while having sex with my SO. There are numerous times where the sex is sooooo good and I feel such pleasure and I feel that building feeling I usually feel when masturbating, but then it just sort of stays at that level or slows down and sometimes I get this calm feeling... but there’s no WOW/STEAL MY BREATHE/I JUST CAME SO FUCKING HARD feeling. So does this mean I’m never actually reaching an orgasm during sex or has anyone felt different types of orgasms???
