So I’m a lesbian and I’ve been with my girlfriend for 8 months. The sex we have is very soft and gentle. Neither of us are particularly dominant (it’s pretty even) and we aren’t into rough sex except for the occasional slap on the butt. 😂 Anyway, whenever I read these posts on here about how someone’s SO “pounded them” or “fucked them hard,” it honestly just makes me cringe. It feels sorta...disrespectful? Like, I know it isn’t because both people are into it and have consent, but when people talk about how their genitals are swollen and sore afterwards...I don’t know...it just feels like their genitals weren’t shown the proper respect during sex? Again, I know that’s not true if that’s what both people want. My own preference for softer sex is what makes me feel that way, but can anyone else relate? Is the whole, “I’m going to fuck you hard until you’re sore,” thing a turn off for any of you as well? Is being dominated a turn on? Tell me why! :)
