Tingly Feeling after I pee. Everytime

So I had a sorta rough sex in a truck(idk what to call him) , like it wasn't rough rough, but it was rough. Mind you that it was just my second time, but the next day I could still kinda feel him in my guts, like every once in a while & I hurt a little; not a lot though. I was fine like a day or two after the after effects of the roughish sex. But then when I start to feel this itchiness. Like inner outside of my vagina. Its not inside inside but like near the whole where my pee comes out but a little more inside. Then when I pee, it feels fine but after I pee, theres like a tingly painish feeling. I thought it was gonna be gone for a day but its still here. The pain is a lot less now , & the tingly painish feeling after I pee is kinda decreasing. I dont know what this is & I dont know what to do. I can't exactly go to my mom cause we don't have that open relationship & were not that close so. Someone please help.
