important (actually it's probably not but whatever)

alright so there's this (cute) guy that goes to my youth group on wednesdays. he used to not really talk to me much, but recently-ish, he's been talking to me. he doesn't talk to me a lot but he acts kinda 'weird' ?? around me. idek. like he always taps on my shoulder, puts stuff on me, etc. & when i'm talking to my friend who he's kinda friends w, he comes & talks to us. the only thing is,, he's in a relationship. it's long distance, but still. should i think anything of this or just forget it?
