💢so confused someone give me reassurance 💢

so on November 15 I had my first period after 4 months of being late but starting the month of November and at the end of October I didn't have sex and i didn't masturbate either my period in November lasted 3 days and was light so I know It can't be implantation bleeding I'm once again late again with white creamy discharge and freaking sore nipples can anyone give me reassurance please
