need help !!
how do i️ explain why i sometimes can’t cuddle due to cramps to my boyfriend ? he tried to understand and he knows i’m in a lot of pain but doesn’t understand why that means i️ have to curl up around a pillow. like he’ll rub my back or stomach if i️ ask and i️ know he doesn’t mind that but i️ can tell he’s a little hurt.
