Hooked up without a condom..

Last night I was hanging out with two of my guy friends, and i had a couple beers. One thing led to another and basically we ended up having a three-some and they didn’t use condoms which I honestly didn’t even think to ask. Anyway.... I checked my log today and I am in my fertile window.. they pulled out but obviously that method is not 100% accurate. So I guess I just wanted advice on what to do or if I should be freaking out cause idk.

Note - would plan b still work if am only able to get it tomorrow? Does it cost money for an STD test?
