Can sex make your period lighter ? I was having a very heavy flow for a long time but for the past few months me and my guy have been having sex once or twice a month and my periods haven’t been as heavy but I get the same kind of pain in cramps and breast but I mainly pass heavy clots and somewhat a flow ..!?
