Help with depo and cm?!

Question

So I had my last shot of the depo on the 19th September and I didn’t go back for my next one on the 19th December (purposely) I had brown/reddish spotting over Christmas time and then nothing but I got this time today, it’s more of a pinkish colour in person and when I wiped it was pink/brownish watery type thing. Could any one please explain what this means

That could be a Yeast Infection I have one current and some time it will have that discharge do you have itching or think it could be possible?

sorry I have no idea what it could be I would go to your OB/GYN I was on the Depo also my last shot was in June and didn't go back but I never had this sorry I'm no help
