Drinks for my 21st birthday?

So I work at a fast food place, and For a while I thought that one of my managers was like low key flirting with me since the day I got hired. Like he told me he was into Spanish girls, I wore a dress one day while filing out papers and he was like that’s nice, it’s a nice red. And when I actually started working, there have been other moments that leave me 🤔. Like sometimes I come into work and he just like ‘come here’ and I go and and after a couple of seconds he just like ‘ok I just wanted to look at you’ like weird? And there also that time he told me I made him feel jittery inside. But then I heard he had a thing going with one of the other girls from work. So I just distance myself.

Anyways I went on leave and when I came back, this manager (I’m gonna call him Lucy) lucy was like ‘do you drink?’ And I said of course I plan on taking off my almost the whole week of my 21st to drink. So he asked me when it was, and I said March, so he asked me what I like to drink and I said I like strong drinks and beer. He made a joke and we got back to work. Later on after closing he was like I’m gonna make you something to drink, he gave me a rum and coke. As I was cleaning we started talking more and my birthday came up again and I forgot what I said but he was like you give me one of the nights you’re going out for and I’ll pay for all your drinks that whole night. So I was like deal. We also traded info, he told me what happened with the girl from work and he showed me what alcohol he was carrying

Either way I just want to know if I’m reading this situation wrong or not? What do you guys think?
