5 weeks tomorrow

5 weeks tomorrow and feel so crap today. the only thing that stops me from feeling so shit is constantly eating and I mean constantly. as soon as I stop I start feeling rubbish again within 20 mins of not eating. I've tried little and often but it doesn't work I have to physically stuff myself to feel ok! I'm so so afraid of putting on so much weight as I've just managed to lose 3 stone but put nearly a stone and half back on already!
