Keeping FWB relationship

I’m a junior in high school about to be a senior this fall and I had sex last summer. My good friend, let’s call him Paul, knew about this sex because he’s been my friend for 3 years now and I’ve liked Paul before but Paul liked another girl. Paul and this girl are now done and Paul one day was joking around with be about us exchanging nudes (because I’ve done that with guys before) and so we’ve been sexting for the past month and now he wants to actually have sex. I’m starting to like Paul again because we’ve been talking more but I know 100% he doesn’t like me emotionally he just likes me physically. Any advise for me not to develop feelings after we have sex?
