Is it over?

I feel like my boyfriend and I just don’t get along anymore. We hardly talk and when we do it’s just not fun, the sex lately has been pretty bad (for me atleast) and a mutual friend of our saw him grinding on a girl at the club who he says is his “ best friend”. To make it worse when I try and talk about all this stuff he just kinda shuts me down.. should I call it quits?
