What would you do if your child was born with ambiguous genitalia?
Often times when a child is born with ambiguous genitalia, they are given feminization or masculinization surgery. Recently, it has been found that feminizing the child with clitoral surgery can lead to a lifetime of sexual problems. Is it fair that the parents and doctors get to decide the sex of the baby? What would you do? Why does everything have to be so black and white?
